H2O Seafood and Sushi- East Islip

H2O Seafood

It was fun dining at the former Beachtree Restaurant in East Islip, but it was definitely time for a change. Beachtree was the first restaurant my family went to when we moved to East Islip, I remember walking over with my sister and eating there while we were taking a break from moving into our new home. Flaxseed Bowl

Flaxseed Bowl

This Flaxseed Bowl is my new go-to in the morning, I got the inspiration from the acai bowl and the hot flaxseed pudding and combined the two. That’s how I came up with my recipe for Gluten-Free Banana Nut Muffins.

Michaels Brooklyn, New York

I went to Michael’s with my boyfriend Rich and his family to celebrate his father Richard’s birthday, they have been going to Michael’s for almost 20 years. I’ve been to Michael’s many times but I have to say this has been my favorite experience at Michael’s so far, the food and staff were amazing as always, but this time I got to interview the manager to learn more about Michael’s and its history.
