It’s gluten-free and the flaxseed and chia seeds are full of omega-3s and will help you stay full and satisfied all morning. The fridge has been broken for over a week and a half now and we are starting to get creative on how we store our food. We have a little cooler going and we switch out the ice pack throughout the day and plan our meals well so that we don’t have to worry about storing left overs in the fridge. I was thinking of a recipe that I could make that didn’t have to be refrigerated after and that is healthy so I could still stay on tract. That’s how I came up with my recipe for Gluten-Free Banana Nut Muffins.
I went to Michael’s with my boyfriend Rich and his family to celebrate his father Richard’s birthday, they have been going to Michael’s for almost 20 years. I’ve been to Michael’s many times but I have to say this has been my favorite experience at Michael’s so far, the food and staff were amazing as always, but this time I got to interview the manager to learn more about Michael’s and its history.
