This Flaxseed Bowl is my new go-to in the morning, I got the inspiration from the acai bowl and the hot flaxseed pudding and combined the two. It’s gluten-free and the flaxseed and chia seeds are full of omega-3s and will help you stay full and satisfied all morning. Plus with your choice of toppings like fruits, nuts and others like coconut flakes, seeds and spices you can add in more vitamins to start your day off right. You can even enjoy this recipe hot or cold!
The fridge has been broken for over a week and a half now and we are starting to get creative on how we store our food. We have a little cooler going and we switch out the ice pack throughout the day and plan our meals well so that we don’t have to worry about storing left overs in the fridge. I was thinking of a recipe that I could make that didn’t have to be refrigerated after and that is healthy so I could still stay on tract. That’s how I came up with my recipe for Gluten-Free Banana Nut Muffins.
This was my first recipe that I would make for holiday parties and it always went over very well! This soup is super creamy, savory and has texture from the crispy prosciutto. This is my favorite soup to make in the fall, It has so much rich flavor from roasting the garlic and the squash and I promise your home will smell amazing.
